By signing this agreement, you agree not to disclose the following items to anyone, in any format including social media, podcasts, or private conversations.
The identities of the treating surgeons and medical staff. Our professionals are fully licensed and qualified in their respective jurisdictions. Their privacy and security must be maintained at all times. Prior written consent is required before any disclosure.
The nature, value, or existence of any compensation you receive from us, whether complimentary treatment, a fee, a discount, a referral arrangement, or any other benefit. You must not disclose or suggest the financial terms of our arrangement to anyone.
The names, roles, or any identifying details of the directors, shareholders, investors, or other persons associated with Snatched Waist or its related entities.

These obligations apply from the date you sign and continue for 3 years. The obligation to protect surgeon identity, financial arrangements, and officer/investor identity continues indefinitely.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Electronic signatures are valid and binding.
